Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned for store credit postmarked within 10 days from the date the order was delivered and within 14 days of purchase date in store.
Merchandise that has been marked down and/or was included in sales/promotions are FINAL SALE! These items can not be returned for store credit or be exchanged. The following items are
also not eligible for return: Coats, Raincoats, Bags, Hats/Hair accessories and Socks/Tights
No Price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes can not be applied after the order has been placed.
Merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original box. Merchandise must also be free of pet hair, smoke, and any other odors. Shoes without the original box will not be accepted.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization number and forms to be included in your return shipment. Shipments will not be accepted without a Return Authorization attached.
Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There will be no reimbursement for any shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once your package is received please allow our returns department 5-7 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

If you need to exchange an unworn item for a different size in the same style, send us an email at
email@example.com - shipping charges will apply to resend new product.
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our returns department at
firstname.lastname@example.org within two business days so we can correct the issue as soon as possible.
